We can do a party setup at your home, work, common room, hotel, hall, cabin, sports centre, community centre, and even at your campground! If you’ve got some room, we can transform your space into a world of fun and excitement!

We do all of the set up and decorations for you, and we will return the next day to take it down and clean it all up!

Meet Joanna
Hello! Welcome to my party! I’m Joanna, I was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, and I now live in beautiful Langley. Parties have always been my passion! I have over 30 years of experience planning, creating, and executing all kinds of parties. In addition to my extensive hospitality management career, I also worked for 10 years as a family counsellor in social services. It was a rewarding job and I loved working with families. However, I eventually stepped down from my position, as my autistic son required more of my time and attention during the week. I had to pivot my career, and as a result, Wildpine Parties was born!

My favourite part of parties has always been the premium, glamorous decor! I have fond memories of my mom making my birthday parties so fun and luxurious, and I have always carried that special feeling with me. My husband Todd and I have been married for 13 years and we have 2 beautiful children. I’ve had the pleasure of watching their faces shine with excitement on their special day every year, as they always wake up to our living room all done up in special decor. And now I want to bring that magic and enchantment to your home too! I know how challenging it can be to organize everything that goes into a party, which is where we come in! As Maid of Honor for my best friend’s wedding, I wanted to plan a memorable Bachelorette Party that didn’t involve the typical club scene. With two jobs, I didn’t have time to handle all the details myself. Enter Wildpine Parties, and I’m so glad I chose them! Our son loved his sports-themed sleepover party and was absolutely thrilled from start to finish… especially with the giant goalie nets for endless photo ops!
