Premium Party Themes

Our Premium Party Themes are for kids, tweens, teens, and adults too! Each guest will have their own decorated tent to enjoy! Tent Parties are great for sleepovers or “sleepunders” for younger guests. However, if you prefer to have a sleepover party with ONLY mattresses and NO tents, we are happy to accommodate this. Some guests may choose this option if they have limited space, if they have rambunctious kids and prefer not to risk damaging or breaking the tents, or if the guests wish to sleep all together and not be separated. Whatever the case, your guests will love being immersed in your incredible party theme!

    • We bring everything to you! Our premium parties are luxurious and immersive, and we want them to look just right for you! We come to your house, set up and decorate, then we return the next day to take it all down. Includes full sanitization of all items after each use.

    • Tents (1 per guest unless specified otherwise), mattresses, sheets, waterproof pad, cozy blankets, fluffy accent pillows, mat/rug, tray, stuffies, lights, and all decor.

    • Please note, for sanitary purposes, each guest must bring their own sleeping pillow.

    • We believe in being very transparent about what a party will cost. Therefore, we give you all the pricing details up front so you can make an informed decision before contacting us to book your party.

    • Our Premium Tent Parties start at $495 for 4 tents (plus delivery and setup fee). Additional tents cost $95 each. This cost includes full sanitization of all pillows, blankets, fabrics, stuffies, mats/rugs, trays, and hands-on decor, as well as washing of all linens.

    • Tent Parties can be held either during the day as a “sleepunder” party, or overnight as a “sleepover” party.

    • Maximum 8-10 tents per theme. Multiple themes can be combined depending on availability. Large groups are welcome; please don’t hesitate to make a request! 

    • Add-ons are available, including additional decor packages and party activities.

    • If you prefer to have a sleepover party with ONLY mattresses and NO tents, the price starts at $425 for 4 mattresses (plus delivery and setup fee). Additional mattresses cost $85 each.

    • Premium Decor ONLY themes (with NO tents and NO mattresses) start at $395 (plus delivery and setup fee).

    • The Flashlights & Fun outdoor party is priced differently due to the larger tents and heavy, outdoor items. This party starts at $595 (plus delivery and setup fee) which includes all outdoor decor and accessories, a shelter, and 1 large outdoor tent (sleeps 3-4). 2 large outdoor tents (sleeps 6-8) $795 (plus delivery and setup fee). 3 large outdoor tents (sleeps 9-12) $995 (plus delivery and setup fee). 

    • Our delivery and setup fee is $95 if your location is within 15km of our warehouse, 8850 Walnut Grove Drive, Langley, V1M 0E2. Beyond the 15km, delivery costs $2 per additional kilometre.

    • Our only other additional fees are our Extra Set of Stairs Fees as well as our Long Distance Unloading Fee. Our Party Specialists work hard and use their muscles to move a lot of heavy decor in and out of your space. Our fees include one set of stairs (up or down one floor) for free. If our Party Specialists must climb 2 sets of stairs/2 floors up or down, there will be an additional fee of $50 to cover extra time and energy it will take for delivery and takedown. 3 sets of stairs will be an additional fee of $100. We are unable to climb more than 3 sets of stairs. In addition, if the party space is a long distance from the unloading point, there will be a $75 distance fee to cover the extra time and energy it will take for our Party Specialist to complete the delivery and takedown.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, we will require a $195 deposit to hold your date. We will do the complete setup and take down of all the tents and decor while you get to relax and enjoy your day!

    • Clear space needed for A-frame tents is 80” by 30” per tent. Some themes (such as Flashlights & Fun, Enchanted Forest, Fairies & Ferns, Ice Sisters, Happy Trails, Jungle Quest, Cozy Camper and Shark Attack have unique tents which may require a slightly larger space. If you are unsure if your space will work with these requirements, please reach out and we’d be happy to discuss tent placement!

    • Space must be cleared before our arrival. We cannot lift or move couches, tables, shelves, or any other furniture or heavy items.

    • Themes can be combined to provide a larger or more detailed party.

    • We do large parties for groups and organizations.

    • Another option for younger guests is to have a “sleepunder.” Guests come earlier in the afternoon, and can enjoy time in the tents during the party, but will not sleep overnight.

    • Guests must be a minimum of 4 years old to participate in our parties. We have small decor items that could be choking hazards and therefore we cannot allow children under the age of 4 to attend.

Decor-Only Theme Parties (No Tents, No Mattresses)

Love the decor but don’t want a tent sleepover party? We are happy to do Decor-Only Themed Parties! We will use the ample decor that would normally go on the tents and decorate your room so it sparkles! Your guests will feel immersed in the theme and will enjoy every minute of your party!     • Please note, either masking tape or tacks will be used to hang decor in the room.

    • $395 per Decor Package, plus delivery and pickup fee, which is based on distance from our warehouse in Walnut Grove, Langley. 

    • Add-ons are available including additional decor packages and activity add-ons.

These unique party decor packages are for the 19+ crowd! Are you having a Bachelorette Party and need decor? Enjoy jammin’ to 80’s music? Having friends over for a wine and cheese night? Party Activities

Our party activities can be added to your decor packages so your guests will have something fun and entertaining to do while at your party! From treating your guests to a spa day to playing the most hilarious games, our activities will keep your guests entertained for hours! View Party Activities Options!

    • Guests may keep any of the creative items they made during the Fairy Garden, Arts & Crafts, Painting and Vision Board Activities.

    • There will also be a setup and delivery fee, which is based on distance from our warehouse in Walnut Grove, Langley.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, a deposit will be required to hold your date.

    • A table will be required for most of the party activities.

    • Space must be cleared before our arrival

    • Tables and chairs are available for rent if one is not available

    • Party activities can be combined, and you can add as many as you like to your party!
